Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your participation in the PrediLive activation, your access to the booth at John Cain Arena, and your use of the website at jasonclifford.com (the "Site"). By taking part in the activation, using the Site, or submitting any form on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Last updated 1 May 2026.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the activation or the Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • "PrediLive", "we", "us", "our" — Jason Clifford Activations Pty Ltd (ABN 56 421 933 778), the operator of the activation and the Site.
  • "Activation" — the free-to-play AR prediction stand operated at the John Cain Arena Fan Zone during Super Netball Grand Final 2026 and at any future event listed in our calendar.
  • "Participant", "you", "your" — any individual who plays the prediction game at the booth, browses the Site, submits a form on the Site, or claims a prize from PrediLive.
  • "Content" — any text, image, video, code, illustration or other material published on the Site or displayed at the booth.

2. The activation

PrediLive is a free-to-play entertainment experience. No payment is taken from Participants at any stage. Predictions placed at the booth or through the Site are recorded for leaderboard scoring only and carry no real-money wager, no in-app currency, no withdrawal mechanic and no cash equivalence. Points earned have no monetary value. PrediLive is not a gambling product, and we do not hold a wagering licence in Australia.

The activation may be paused, rescheduled or cancelled at any time due to venue requirements, weather, broadcast issues, or technical problems with the AR feed. In such cases we will publish an update on the Site and on our social channels as soon as practical.

3. Eligibility

  • Participants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. Photo identification may be requested at any time and is required when claiming any prize.
  • Participants must be physically present at John Cain Arena Fan Zone during operating hours to register a leaderboard entry.
  • One nickname per Participant per event. We may merge or remove duplicate nicknames at our discretion.
  • Employees, contractors and immediate family members of PrediLive and its hardware sponsors may take part for entertainment but are not eligible for prize draws.
  • Participation is void where prohibited by law.

4. Nickname and account

The activation does not require an account or password. A nickname is generated or chosen at the booth for the duration of the event. Nicknames are public on the leaderboard screen. You must not choose a nickname that is offensive, infringes another person's rights, impersonates another individual or organisation, or contains contact details. We may rename or remove any nickname that breaches this clause.

5. Prizes

  • Prizes are awarded based on the leaderboard standing at the time of the final whistle of each match day.
  • The prize pool, prize tiers and any sponsor-supplied items are published at the booth and on the Site before the event.
  • Prizes are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and have no resale value.
  • Where a prize requires shipping, the winner must provide a delivery address within seven days of being notified. Unclaimed prizes are rolled into the next event in the calendar.
  • Where Australian consumer guarantees apply, they remain in effect regardless of any limitation in these Terms.

6. Conduct rules

You agree not to: (a) attempt to manipulate the leaderboard through duplicate nicknames, automated entries or collusion; (b) reverse-engineer, tamper with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any booth hardware or backend system; (c) abuse, intimidate or threaten PrediLive staff, other Participants or venue staff; (d) breach the John Cain Arena venue rules; (e) record or photograph other Participants without their consent; (f) use the activation in any way that violates Australian law.

PrediLive staff reserve the right to remove any Participant from the activation for breach of this clause. The decision of the on-site supervisor is final and is not subject to negotiation on the day. Removed Participants forfeit any leaderboard standing and any prize entitlement.

7. Intellectual property

All Content on the Site, all imagery from the booth, the PrediLive name, the brand mark, the AR overlay design and the prediction game mechanics are owned by Jason Clifford Activations Pty Ltd or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment of the activation. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, lease or otherwise commercially exploit any Content without our prior written permission.

Team names, player names, Super Netball trademarks and broadcast imagery referenced on the Site or at the booth belong to their respective rights-holders and are used for descriptive purposes only. No sponsorship or endorsement by those rights-holders is implied unless explicitly stated.

8. User-submitted content

If you submit any content to PrediLive — for example, through the contact form, a competition entry, or by tagging us on social media — you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with the activation and our marketing for it. You confirm that you have the right to grant this licence and that your submission does not infringe any third-party rights. We may decline to publish or display any submission at our discretion.

9. Third-party links

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including the partners page where casino and resort operator websites are listed. These links are provided for convenience. PrediLive does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of any linked site. Once you leave the Site, the destination operator's own terms apply. 10. Disclaimers

The activation and the Site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, PrediLive disclaims all express and implied warranties not expressly granted in these Terms, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of Content, and uninterrupted availability of the Site.

The booth depends on a live broadcast feed from the venue. Interruptions to that feed, including blackouts of the AR overlay and pauses in the leaderboard, may occur without notice. Such interruptions do not entitle Participants to a refund (there is no payment), to compensation, or to a make-up event.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PrediLive's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your participation in the activation or your use of the Site is limited to the supply of any prize already due to be awarded, or in the case of website-only enquiries, A$100. We exclude all liability for indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive losses, including loss of profit, lost opportunity, loss of enjoyment, missed match action, missed broadcast, or interruption to the AR feed caused by venue technical issues. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Australian law, including the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify PrediLive and our staff against any claim, loss, damage or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the activation or the Site, or your infringement of any third-party right while participating.

13. Force majeure

Neither PrediLive nor any Participant is liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: severe weather, fire, pandemic, government restrictions, industrial action, broadcast outage, venue closure, terrorism, civil unrest or failure of public utilities.

14. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the activation or the Site, you also agree to that policy. Our Cookies Policy applies to all website visits.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You and PrediLive submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the federal courts of Australia for the resolution of any dispute. Before commencing any formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith through written correspondence for at least thirty days.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force. The severance of one provision does not affect the validity of the rest.

17. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any change. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for at least thirty days. Continued use of the activation or the Site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a change, please stop using the activation.
